We understand that there are concerns and comments being shared about our applicant process. We would like to address this with humility and respect.
Una po sa lahat, we are sorry to anyone who felt that they were not treated properly, not heard, or not given a fair chance. Whether intentional or not, we understand that the experience may have been painful or frustrating for some applicants.
We want to make it clear that UE Servicios Filipinos does not support discrimination or unfair treatment. Our goal has always been to help Filipino applicants find suitable work opportunities while also meeting the specific needs of employers.
When we recommend applicants, we consider several factors such as the employer’s requirements, the applicant’s work experience, availability, documents, references, communication, and suitability for the position. This means that not being selected for one employer does not mean an applicant is not valued or will never be considered for future opportunities.
We also acknowledge that we can improve, especially in how we explain updates, rejections, and matching decisions to applicants. Because of this, we are taking this as an opportunity to review our process and improve our communication moving forward.
