La política mundial se asemeja actualmente a una tormenta inminente. Ya sea en África o Latinoamérica, en Arabia o en Oriente Medio, se avecinan desastres por doquier. Incluso Occidente —Europa y Estados Unidos—, antaño bastión de estabilidad, se ve asolado por crisis sin precedentes. Putin se reúne con Trump en Alaska y a los pocos días Trump manda submarinos y portaaviones cerca de Venezuela. ¿Han pactado, ya que deja Ucrania a merced de Rusia y Venezuela es para USA ? La retirada estadounidense de Irak y Afganistán está dejando tras de sí estados destrozados que se precipitan hacia guerras civiles y Venezuela le viene mejor a Trump y sus Tecnócratas que ya dominan la opinión pública mundial. El conflicto sobre la política nuclear de Irán se intensifica peligrosamente. Pakistán es un polvorín. El mundo árabe está sumido en la agitación, con un desenlace incierto. El número de "estados fallidos", caldo de cultivo para el terrorismo, aumenta constantemente, especialmente en África. Para colmo, Europa y Estados Unidos se tambalean de una crisis financiera a otra y se muestran cada vez más incapaces de actuar a nivel internacional.¿No es hora de considerar una moneda en declive que se integre en una red de monedas locales, regionales, nacionales y, finalmente, en un sistema monetario internacional?

Global politics currently resembles an impending storm. Whether in Africa or Latin America, in Arabia or the Middle East, disasters are looming everywhere. Even the West—Europe and the United States—once a bastion of stability, is ravaged by unprecedented crises. Putin meets with Trump in Alaska, and a few days later Trump sends submarines and aircraft carriers near Venezuela. Have they made a pact, since it leaves Ukraine at the mercy of Russia and Venezuela belongs to the United States? The US withdrawal from Iraq and Afghanistan is leaving behind shattered states hurtling toward civil wars, and Venezuela is a better fit for Trump and his technocrats, who already dominate global public opinion. The conflict over Iran's nuclear policy is dangerously escalating. Pakistan is a powder keg. The Arab world is in turmoil, with an uncertain outcome. The number of "failed states," a breeding ground for terrorism, is constantly increasing, especially in Africa. To make matters worse, Europe and the United States are lurching from one financial crisis to another and are increasingly unable to act internationally. Isn't it time to consider a dwindling currency that integrates itself into a network of local currencies, regionally, nationally, and then further into an international monetary system?
