In a few days I will provide you with a comprehensive list of properties that match your precise requirements and must haves. This process includes intense research of all relevant Agencies and contacts, for sale by owners and new construction. I will then drive you to visit the properties you choose from the list while discussing all aspects of the property. I will assist you in developing an offering price, interpret information on comparable homes and will negotiate terms and conditions of lease or purchase contract in order to offer greater protection to buyers and tenants. Price negotiation can be very stressful for buyers and tenants, especially for families relocating who often have little perspective for housing values in my city. I can find you the lowest price and best deal in your purchase
I can recommend banks that can prequalify you for a mortgage, lawyers that can assist you in the purchasing process, and can help you with all the services you need in case you want to renovate a property or hire an interior designer. I specialize in luxury areas such as Moraleja (La Moraleja, Soto de la Moraleja, Encinar de los Reyes) Barrio de Salamanca (Retiro, Castellana) Chamberí (Almagro) and Chamartin (Paseo de la Habana) and have ammassed a wealth of information in this area regarding:
