Vandaag weer een bijzonder mooie overdracht bij de notaris! 🏡🔑

Dit keer stond het huis niet officieel bij mij op de website te koop. Maar ik had klanten die hier kort daarvoor waren geweest en bij twee andere huizen was iemand hen nét voor. Inmiddels waren ze alweer terug in België, maar toen ik dit huis zag, wist ik eigenlijk meteen: dit zou wel eens de perfecte match kunnen zijn.

Zonder het huis in het echt gezien te hebben, alleen via een videobezichtiging, besloten ze het te reserveren. Daarna zijn ze zo snel mogelijk weer naar Spanje gekomen en gelukkig werd bij de echte bezichtiging bevestigd wat ze via de video al voelden: dit is hun droomhuis! ❤️

Kopers én verkopers, heel erg bedankt voor het vertrouwen en natuurlijk ook een grote dank aan FT Properties voor de fijne samenwerking.

Another very special completion at the notary today! 🏡🔑

This time, the house wasn’t officially listed for sale on my website. But I had clients who had recently been here looking for their dream home, and on two previous properties someone else had just beaten them to it. They had already returned to Belgium, but when I saw this house, I immediately thought: this could be the perfect match.

Without having seen the house in person, and only after a video viewing, they decided to reserve it. They then travelled back to Spain as soon as possible and, luckily, seeing it in real life confirmed exactly what they had already felt through the video: this is their dream home! ❤️

A big thank you to both the buyers and sellers for their trust, and of course to FT Properties for the great cooperation.

Heute wieder eine ganz besondere Übergabe beim Notar! 🏡🔑

Dieses Mal war das Haus noch gar nicht offiziell auf meiner Website zum Verkauf angeboten. Aber ich hatte Kunden, die kurz zuvor hier gewesen waren, um ihr Traumhaus zu finden, und bei zwei anderen Häusern war ihnen jeweils jemand knapp zuvorgekommen. Inzwischen waren sie bereits wieder zurück in Belgien, aber als ich dieses Haus sah, dachte ich sofort: Das könnte genau das Richtige für sie sein.

Ohne das Haus vorher persönlich gesehen zu haben, nur nach einer Videobesichtigung, entschieden sie sich, es zu reservieren. Danach kamen sie so schnell wie möglich wieder nach Spanien und zum Glück bestätigte sich bei der Besichtigung vor Ort genau das Gefühl, das sie schon beim Video hatten: Das ist ihr Traumhaus! ❤️
