✨ Meet the Team - Introducing Daisy from our Benijófar Office ✨

Daisy originally started here as a Sales Consultant and has since progressed into the role of Claims Administrator.

In her current position, she supports clients throughout the claims process, helping ensure everything is handled smoothly and efficiently. Her bilingual abilities in English and Spanish have been especially valuable in assisting a wide range of clients and providing clear communication throughout their claims journey.

Daisy has been working with us for just over a year.

Outside of work, Daisy enjoys spending quality time with her fiancée and puppy. She also enjoys creating artwork, which allows her to relax in her free time.

🌍 Daisy was born in Cambridge but has lived in Spain since the age of five, so Spain has always felt like home to her. Growing up here has allowed her to become fully fluent in both English and Spanish, which she really values both personally and professionally.

A fun fact about Daisy is that she has a large collection of fridge magnets and snow globes from all the places she has visited. She loves collecting small souvenirs from her travels, as each one holds a special memory.

Today we would like to introduce Diana from our Benijófar office.

Diana is our Sales Manager and this year marks 14 years with the company. She is a key part of the team and plays an important role in supporting both clients and colleagues.

What Diana enjoys most about her role is finding the best solutions to match each client’s needs and presenting the different options in a way that is clear and easy to understand. She takes pride in making insurance simple and straightforward for everyone.

Outside of work Diana has recently found a love for the gym and enjoys keeping active 💪

Diana is originally from Essex and moved to Spain from Bournemouth in 2012 🇪🇸

Fun fact. This year Diana celebrated her 10 year wedding anniversary which in itself is impressive, but even more impressive is that she is still completely sane after 10 years of marriage 😄 She must be doing something right!

Today we would like to introduce Katy from our La Marina office.

Katy is a Senior Sales Consultant and has been with us for 11 years, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to her role.

What Katy enjoys most about her job is helping clients find the right cover for their needs at a good price. She takes pride in making sure clients feel confident in their choices and enjoys being part of a supportive team.

Outside of work Katy loves to travel, go to the theatre, and spend time with family and friends. She also enjoys a good binge watch of TV series 📺

Katy is originally from South East London and has been living in Spain for nearly 23 years 🇪🇸

Fun fact. Katy is a huge football fan and a dedicated supporter of Arsenal, rarely missing a game ⚽😄

Meet the Team 👋

Today we would like to introduce Ann from our Los Alcázares office.

Ann is a Sales Consultant based in our Los Alcázares office in Murcia. She joined this office in September 2024 and also previously worked in our Lanzarote office a few years ago, bringing valuable experience to the team.

What Ann enjoys most about her role is meeting a wide variety of clients. Some have owned property in Spain for many years and know exactly what they need, while others are completely new to the area and unsure about how insurance works here. Ann takes pride in helping match each client to the right product, whether they are ready to take out a policy straight away or simply planning for the future. She especially loves it when clients return excited about their plans. And when they bring their dogs with them, that is always a bonus 🐶

Outside of work Ann lives in a small village in the campo and enjoys walking her rescue dog with her husband. She also enjoys meeting friends and their dogs in the village and exploring different parts of Spain whenever she gets the chance.

Ann is originally from Limerick in Ireland. She left in 2001 to work in the UK, moved to Lanzarote in 2015, then to the Costa Blanca in 2021, and finally settled in Murcia in 2022 🇪🇸

Fun fact. Ann has two first names because the priest who christened her accidentally gave her second name as her first. It has made for a great story ever since 😄

Janet is our Administration Manager and has been a valued member of the team for over 14 years. She is an essential part of the office, helping to keep everything running smoothly across the team.

Although her role involves limited direct contact with clients, Janet enjoys meeting new people and is always happy to help resolve any issues that arise.

Outside of work Janet enjoys spending time with family and friends, going for walks, and reading 📚

Janet is originally from Hertfordshire and moved to Jávea in 1998, where she has been ever since 🌴

Fun fact. As a child Janet entered a competition and received a Blue Peter badge. Years later her children sent a Christmas card to the show which was apparently opened during the Christmas episode. They both received Blue Peter badges too, even though the family missed seeing it on TV 🎄😄

Today we would like to introduce Summer from our Benijófar office.

Summer works as a Claims Administrator, supporting clients throughout the claims process and helping to ensure everything is handled as smoothly as possible.

She has been part of the team since October 2023 and has quickly become a valuable member of the office.

What Summer enjoys most about her role is being able to support clients during what can often be a stressful time. While working in claims can be challenging, she finds it very rewarding to help guide clients through the process and work towards the best possible outcome for them.

Outside of work Summer enjoys unwinding, whether that is spending time with family and friends, attending reformer pilates classes, or simply relaxing at home 🧘‍♀️

Summer is originally from London and has been living in Spain since she was six years old 🇪🇸

Fun fact. Summer is the proud owner of a dachshund with a very strong personality, so she is very well practised at staying calm under pressure 🐶😄
