We want to wish everyone a great Christmas and a Happy New Year. It has been a busy but exciting year. Not everything went like we expected according to the time-frame, but we are proud to present La Playa 2.47 to our clients. At the time, we are working with the finishes to make sure that everything is according to our standards. With floor heating, thermo windows, and good sound insulation between apartments, we believe that our clients will enjoy their properties in the years to come!

This week we are working with the finishes inside the apartments to make sure everything is in order. At he same time we are working in the garden to make it look nice. We have planted palms, cypress and orange tree today. Next week we finish with grass and smaller plants. Cleaning of the apartments and concrete pattern in the entrance will also start in the end of next week. Now it's very close to finish everything and it's going to be beautiful 🥰

La Playa 2.47 is in the last phase and now all the kitchens are installed. The tiling in the pool are finalized and the outdoor kitchen is delivered. We are now painting in the common areas and fasade. Also next week the trees and plants will be planted. We are happy to see the progress even if the work is a bit delayed. But we are now putting the final pieces together to make sure that the apartments are ready to deliver to our clients 🙂👍

La Playa 2.47 is moving forward each week. Right now we are working with the outdoor areas, electricity and water. The kitchens supplier was supposed to start installing the kitchens in the end of September but were delayed 10 days. This means that the kitchens will be finalised the 25 of October. The bathrooms are installed and look nice. This week the painters will finalise all indoor tiling and start painting the facade. The tiling of the stairs has started today and around the pool we will be finished next week. There is a lot of work left but the plan is to finalise everything within October.

Our La Playa project is at the final stage, and the building company will finish their work in August. We are waiting for Endesa (Town Hall) to connect the electricity in the street. This will probably be done the first half of September. Windows are now being installed, kitchens are estimated to be delivered in the end of August, and we are currently installing underfloor heating and flooring on the upper floors. The elevator is being assembled on-site. Only the penthouse is available for sale, as rest of the apartments is sold. We hope everyone are having a great summer 🙂🌞

La Playa projekt is moving forward day by day. Not as fast as we would like but step by step, the building is starting to take shape. Due to some technical challenges and lack of people from the entrepreneur, the new finalization date is 30 July 2023. We will work hard to finish on this date. In 1 week, the plastering of the facades will be ready. We have started with tiling in the bathrooms and will start with floors next week. Windows and terrace doors will be installed in about 3 weeks. Most important of all is that the La Playa building now starts to look really good 👍 🙂

Progress in La Playa is good and we have now installed plaster walls and cast floors in the apartments. We have also started the plastering of facade walls outside and in the garage. We are working hard to keep up the progress, but as it looks now, completion will be at the end of June 2023. We can't wait to show everyone the finished project!

Our project is moving forward according to the plan. The stairs are now fitted and will later be covered by tiles. Inside the apartments, the division has started, and water/electric pipes are installed. Next week, we will start with the air conditioning. Then, the next step is to close the walls and cast the floors before we start with the floor tiles. In two weeks, we will also start with plastering the exterior walls of the building. We believe that this will be the most beautiful building in Benalmádena 🙂

Penthouse duplex apartment with 3 bedrooms has amazing views and we have prepared the terrace to install both a whirlpool bath and a BBQ area. Imagine to sit in the whirlpool bath with a glass of champagne 🍾 looking at the sun that goes down in the horizon. It will be spectacular!

After our workers finished the structure it was time to celebrate with some tasty paela 😋

The structure was finished before Christmas. Now our team are working with brickwork in all floors. The plan is to close the building within January and then begin with interior works. Parallel, we will start with plastering the exterior walls. Now also the ramp to the parking floor is casted. La Playa 2.47 project is moving forward according to the plan 🙂
