They have issued a memo in Andalucia for those with private health insurance to register at their local centro de salud. It´s easy, please don´t forget to take a copy of your NIE, empadronamiento, private health insurance and the official form.

The UK-issued EHIC card is not valid for use by residents in Spain for healthcare in Spain, except for students and posted workers.

Be sure to be cover and have a trusted health insurance suitable for residency, do not hesitate to ask!
