In this key role, youβll ensure the quality of tasks and projects that drive our business operations. This is a highly analytical position that requires attention to detail, strong telephone interviewing skills, and the ability to create comprehensive reports and verify data. You will play a vital part in reviewing, mentoring, and improving our processes.

Your Responsibilities:
- Collect, record, and analyze data efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor, review, and cross-reference calls for quality assurance.
- Validate and verify information for accuracy and consistency.
- Provide guidance and conduct training sessions for new team members.
- Transcribe and translate phone calls between Arabic and English with high attention to detail.
- Conduct cold calls to gather information as part of quality checks.
- Analyze data to draw inferences and actionable conclusions.
- Data entry, ensuring precision and adherence to standards.
- Identify and address process gaps or areas for improvement within tasks and projects.
- Provide feedback to improve team performance and overall operational processes.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure resolved quality issues and maintain continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Proficient English language skills.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite and data management tools.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or HR recruitment is an advantage.
- Proven experience in quality control, auditing, or data analysis preferred.
- Excellent telephonic communication skills and ability to validate information effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient personality, able to manage tight deadlines.
- Adaptable team player with the ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
- Familiarity with quality control standards, metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Fixed hours: 8:30 am - 5 pm, Friday and Saturday off.
