CVIS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Team Leader to join our team and lead our customer service operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a call center environment.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor is a must.
- B2 English (spoken and written).
- Strong Arabic skills with the ability to understand different Arabic dialects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate, manage, and support a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and monitor the performance of the call center team.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and achievement of KPIs.
- Prepare reports and performance evaluations for management.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
