What we are looking for:
🔹Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
🔹Experience (Advisor): at least 2 years of proven experience in the Bancassurance field.
🔹Experience (Planner): 1 year of sales experience (insurance preferred); fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
🔹Skills: strong negotiation and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
🔹Attributes: enthusiastic, target-oriented, and a positive attitude with a genuine passion for sales.
🔹Flexibility: ability to work independently, as part of a team, and flexibility to work across multiple branches.
What you will do:
🔹Provide expert guidance to clients on insurance products.
🔹Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
🔹Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
🔹Manage weekly activity reports and participate in sales team meetings.
