From Alignment to Action at our ESO Bootcamp in Benin 🇧🇯
The selected ESOs from across Benin joined us for 5 days of intensive, hands-on bootcamp, designed to set them up for success from day one of the program.
Through expert-led sessions and interactive workshops, the ESO leaders deepened their understanding of the program and its curriculum, and reflected on the role they will play in strengthening Benin’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Working in small groups alongside the Flat6Labs team, ESOs had the space to exchange, align, and build the foundations for future collaboration opportunities.
This bootcamp also marks the launch of a program designed to support Beninese ESOs with practical training, tailored coaching, and access to an international network of mentors, partners, and investors, helping them deliver more impactful programs, improving their sustainability, and become more attractive to investors.
This initiative reflects Flat6Labs’ ongoing efforts to reinforse Africa’s startup ecosystem by delivering consistent support to build a more vibrant, self-sustaining, and investment-ready environment.
This unprecedented initiative in West Africa is led by the Beninese Government through the Sèmè City Development Agency (ADSC) and the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (ADPME BENIN), with the support of the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises and Employment Promotion, the Ministère de l’Economie et des Finances du Bénin, the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie du Bénin - CCI BÉNIN, and with the technical and financial support of The World Bank Group, is building the foundation that will allow a generation of Beninese entrepreneurs to access funding, mentorship, and markets.
