🔴 أمر «السيد المستشار النائب العام» اليوم الأربعاء الموافق العاشر من شهر مارس الجاري، بإحالة متهم بخطف طفلة تبلغ من العمر سبع سنوات محبوسًا. حيث تحيّل لاستدراجها إلى عقارٍ قاصدًا إبعادها عن أعين الرقباء، فاستجابت إليه، واقترنت تلك الجناية بجناية أخرى هي أنه في ذات الزمان والمكان هتك عرض الطفلة بالقوة باستطالته إلى مواطن العفة من جسدها.
هذا، وقد أقامت «النيابة العامة» الدليل على المتهم بشهادة أربعة شهود وأقوال الطفلة المجني عليها، وما ثبت من إجراء المقارنة الفنية والمضاهاة بين صورة المتهم ومثيلتها المنسوبة إليه الظاهرة بمقطع تصوير الواقعة وما تبين من التصوير، وتعرف شاهدتين والطفلة المجني عليها على المتهم حال عرضه عليهن عرضًا قانونيًّا.
