We are hiring on behalf of a client based in Maadi, Cairo.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist with strong exposure across key HR functions.
Requirements:
• 7–8 years of HR experience
• Fluent English, written and spoken

WE’RE HIRING | UPPER EGYPT REGION MANAGER

Location: Upper Egypt, Egypt
Employment Type: Full-time

We’re looking for an experienced Region Manager – Upper Egypt to lead regional sales operations, drive business growth, expand retail coverage, and manage key channel partnerships.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop & execute regional sales plans
• Manage dealers, distributors & retailers
• Expand retail coverage & identify new opportunities
• Monitor sales, inventory, pricing & market trends
• Drive product launches, promotions & merchandising
• Lead, coach & monitor the regional sales team
• Conduct regular market visits
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance & After-Sales
• Prepare sales & market development reports

🔹 REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
• 3+ years of sales experience
• Experience in Mobile Phones, Consumer Electronics, Telecom or FMCG is preferred
• Proven experience in Dealer / Distributor / Channel Sales
• Experience managing sales teams & regional territories
• Strong knowledge of the Upper Egypt market & retail network
• Strong negotiation, leadership & market analysis skills
• Target-oriented with strong ex*****on capabilities
• Good communication & problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel extensively across Upper Egypt
