We took our IHP juniors out to the Trio Clubhouse one of Msquared’s projects for a day packed with exploration, fun, and a first look at how the real estate world moves. From hands-on games to uncovering how spaces like this actually come to life, their curiosity completely stole the show!

Our junior heroes got an inside look at two exciting brands. At TBS The Bakery Shop , they explored the art of pastry making and got a closer look at the craftsmanship behind every creation.
At Holy Buns , they stepped behind the counter and built their own burgers, experiencing the process firsthand.
Learning by doing is definitely what this journey is all about.⭐️
