Our Higher Earning & Learning Program (HELP) is based primarily on the belief that, yes, education is the essence behind growth and development, yet we also believe that an individual’s effort should always be rewarded and extreme effort should ALWAYS result in extreme reward. With this said it is important to understand that Xemits is an entire World. A w
orld governed by strict morals and ethics; a world of ambitious citizens all working together to build a community of very rich, well-educated puritans. The Xemits rules are very strict and punishment can go as far as complete banishment from the community. Each member of the Xemits family shall be called a “Xemit” and shall operate within and abide by all the rules of Xemits in terms of conduct, character, business performance, and healthy competition. Ranks within the Xemits Community carry a variety of special benefits that are offered in recognition of over achievement and model citizenship. Being a Xemit offers an opportunity to learn, earn and grow on a multitude of levels, ranging from academic and character development, to learning how to start and manage a new business that leads to success and financial freedom.
