مواعيد العمل: من 9:00 صباحًا إلى 5:00 مساءً

المهام والمسئوليات الرئيسية :

• إعداد ومراجعة القوائم المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية.
• إعداد وإدارة الموازنة السنوية ومتابعة الانحرافات وتحليلها.
• إدارة التدفقات النقدية وضمان توافر السيولة.
• الإشراف على جميع العمليات المحاسبية (General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets).
• إعداد التقارير المالية والتحليل المالي للإدارة العليا.
• متابعة الإقرارات الضريبية والتأكد من الالتزام بالقوانين واللوائح المصرية.
• التنسيق مع مراقبي الحسابات والمراجعين الخارجيين.
• تطوير وتطبيق السياسات والإجراءات والرقابة الداخلية.
• قيادة وتطوير فريق الإدارة المالية والمحاسبة.
• دعم الإدارة التنفيذية في إعداد دراسات الجدوى واتخاذ القرارات الاستثمارية.
• متابعة مؤشرات الأداء المالية واقتراح فرص تحسين الربحية وخفض التكاليف
• الإشراف على أنظمة ERP المالية وتحسين كفاءة العمليات.


المؤهلات المطلوبة :
• بكالوريوس تجارة – محاسبة.
• يفضل الحصول على CMA أو CPA أو ACCA أو MBA.

الخبرات المطلوبة :
• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المحاسبة والمالية، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في منصب مدير مالي.
• خبرة في إعداد القوائم المالية وفقًا لمعايير IFRS.
• خبرة قوية في الضرائب المصرية والمراجعة والرقابة الداخلية.

المهارات المطلوبة :
• القيادة وإدارة فرق العمل.
• التحليل المالي واتخاذ القرار.
• التخطيط المالي وإعداد الموازنات.
• إدارة الوقت والعمل تحت الضغط.
• مهارات تفاوض واتصال ممتازة.
• مستوى جيد جدًا في اللغة الإنجليزية.
• إجادة Microsoft Excel بمستوى متقدم.
• إجادة أنظمة ERP (يفضل Odoo أو SAP أو Oracle أو Microsoft Dynamics).
