MHG (Mustafa Hashem Group) is looking for an experienced qualified IT Technician that will install and maintain computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality. also “train” users of the systems to make appropriate and safe usage of the IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail. The goal is to build and maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks to optimize the role of technology on business sustainability to join our team,
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
- Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication ability
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
- Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)

RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
• Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
• Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
• Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
• Developing and managing social influence programs and attending social influence events.
• Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
• Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
• Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Implement policies and programs for managing sales executive
- Implement the approved sales policy as well as all work orders within the limits of the nature of his work.
- Meet customers and to welcomed him and offers all his needs from a variety of models and presents alternatives if possible.
- Encourage the client to visit the place again and follow up him in case there is any discounts or offers.
- Reviewing the alarms and coding prices.
- Rearrange models again after the completion of customer assistance
- Arrange and clean up his own section (Clothes - Shoes - Accessories).

Key Performance Indicators : -
- Achieve sales target set by the sales department.
- The frequency of customer complaints
- Store section arrangement and organized.
- Percentage increase sales and sales of existing customers
