1_ HR Committee :
• Recruiting, Interviewing and Selecting of our programs’ participants.
• Assist in interviewing the crew members.
• Responsible for Crew motivation.
• Responsible for creating members profiles.
• Responsible for analyzing the members' performance & evaluation of members.
• Responsible for the feedback system concerning the crew members and the customers.
• Assisting in setting and developing UIP policy.
• Constructing and developing the crew data base, and responsible for keeping its privacy.
• Analysis of progress reports for member in each committee.
• Responsible for hiring & firing system.

2_ IT Committee :
• Website designing and all its graphics content.
• Responsible for UIP Online applications.
• Developing and troubleshooting our website.

3_ Logistics Committee :
• Communicates with all suppliers to provide organization with all needed materials.
• Purchasing all organization materials achieving minimum prices & maximum quality.

• Setting up booths and required structure during events.
• Supplying UIP by all required materials and products essential for the events.
• Collect Database for all organization suppliers.
• Determining the events' budget.

4_ Media Committee :
• Designs any printed advertisements like (flyers, brochures, banners, booklets, etc.).
• Designs templates like surveys, registration forms, magazine...etc.
• Creates needed videos and intros.
• Responsible for photographing & photos edit.
• Support organization with the required programs and applications.
5_ Co-ordination & Reception :
• Coordinators of organization events.
• Coordinating all the sessions and workshops organized, carried out .
• Responsible for info-desks and coffee breaks.
• Responsible for establishing games and activities for the participants.
• Coordinate the field trips, providing guidance, help and support for the participants.
• Builds relations with faculty administration and academic staff.
• Responsible for money flow from our faculty to organization.
6_ FR ( Fundraising ) Committee :
• Generating ideas to fund the organization.
• Supports organization events financially.
• Negotiates companies and conducts all deals.

• Represent Organization & building our internal and external relations.

• Communication channel between organization and other universities and faculties students, organizations, guests, VIPs and Media.
• Provides our events with needed media coverage and support organization by media sponsors.
