𝐒𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐎𝐑 𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐒 is needed in real estate developer in Mokattam and Zahraa el Maadi.
Job Description:
1- Direct Sales Section:
• Handle all customers' segmentation to maximize company sales.
• Presenting our projects in a structured professional way face to face.
• Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.
• Understand the customer requirements.
2- Indirect Sales Section:
• Find new Brokerage companies to deal with & Follow-up them.
• Coordinate with brokers to provide all the required information about the project.
• Establish and maintain broker's relationships by train and coach their sales team, and monitor performance.
• Analyze work activities, and set performance measures in support of the indirect channel's business plan.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
• Establish and maintain broker relationships by train and coaching their sales team, and monitoring performance.
• Develop a plan with the sales and marketing team to reach the sales target every month.
• Provide all necessary data/reports concerning your direct manager.
Location:
Mokattam.
Work schedule:
6 Days / Week (1 Day Off)
Working hours:
8 Hours (From 11 AM: 7 PM)

You should possess:

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree holder.
-3-5 years of experience in real estate.
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
-Organized and detail-oriented.
-Initiative and self-discipline.
-Proven working experience as a real estate broker.
