في الخامس من مايو، تحتفل اليابان بيوم الطفل، وهو تقليد عريق يتم فيه عرض رايات الكوينوبوري (أسماك الشبوط) وخوذ الكابوتو (خوذ الساموراي)، تعبيرًا عن التمنيات بالنمو الصحي والقوة والسعادة للأطفال.

إحنا فخورين جدًا بالاحتفال بإتمام اول دفعة من برنامج تطوير القيادات "Navigate" بنجاح🎉

تم تكريم هذا الإنجاز خلال الإفطار الرمضاني الأخير بحضور الأستاذ/ هوداكا ساكوراغاوا – العضو المنتدب، وأحد العناصر الأساسية في نجاح برنامج Navigate. وقدّم المشاركون في البرنامج : الأستاذة/ ياسمين سرحان، والأستاذ/ علاء ماهر، والأستاذ/ إبراهيم فؤاد، والأستاذ/ طارق مصطفى عرض عن رحلتهم، وأهم الدروس اللي اتعلموها، وانعكاسات التجربة عليهم. ومشاركاتهم. ده غير سبب اختيارهم دخول الرحلة دي، كمان قد إيه اكتسبوا معرفة وخبرات قيّمة على طول الطريق.

This milestone was recognized during our recent Ramadan Iftar, by our Managing Director Mr. Hodaka Sakuragawa, a key element in the success of Navigate program. Our navigators Ms. yasmine sarhan - Cert. CII , Mr. Alaa Maher, Cert CII , Mr. Ibrahim Fouad & Mr. Tarek Moustafa shared their journey, key learning and reflections from the program. Their insights highlighted not only why they joined the journey, but also the valuable knowledge and perspectives they gained along the way.

كنا سعداء جدًا إننا نجتمع مع زملائنا بفريق عمل طوكيو مارين مصر في الإفطار السنوي لشهر رمضان في فندق ماريوت القاهرة الجميل.

الليلة كانت مليانة ضحك ولحظات مميزة بتعكس قوة الروابط بين أعضاء فريقنا. من وقت الإفطار اللي شاركناه مع بعض، للاحتفال بالإنجازات وتكريم زملائنا، كانت بالفعل أمسية لا تُنسى.

ومن أبرز لحظات الليلة كانت لعبة Spin & Win اللي زوّدت الحفل بروح من المتعة والحماس.

We were delighted to gather with our colleagues for our annual Ramadan Iftar at the beautiful Cairo Marriott Hotel.

The evening was filled with shared laughter and meaningful moments that reflected the strong bond within our team. From enjoying Iftar together to celebrating achievements and recognizing our colleagues, it was truly a memorable night.

One of the highlights of the evening was the Spin & Win game, which brought plenty of fun and excitement, as captured in these photos.

كجزء من التزامنا المستمر بتطوير المهارات المهنية وزيادة الوعي بصناعة التأمين، سعدنا بتنظيم ورشة عمل للشركاء النجاح الأعزاء، بما في ذلك شركات الوساطة وفِرق الوسطاء الأفراد، والتي قدمها الأستاذ خالد المصري، مدير عام فرع الجيزة، وبحضور الأستاذ خالد سعيد، رئيس قطاع الانتاج و الفروع .
ركزت الورشة على تعزيز المعرفة والوعي بالتأمين، حيث غطت الجوانب التقنية الرئيسية ووجهات النظر البيعية لتقوية الفهم للصناعة وأفضل الممارسات. تطوير الخبرة التقنية ومهارات التعامل مع العملاء ضروريان لتقديم حلول تأمينية مهنية وفعالة.

As part of our ongoing commitment to professional development and industry awareness, we were pleased to organize a Juniors Workshop for junior team members from our valued partners, including brokerages and individual broker teams, delivered by Mr. Khaled Elmasry, Giza Branch General Manager, with the presence of Mr. khaled Saied, our Chief Distribution Officer.

The workshop focused on enhancing insurance knowledge and awareness, covering key technical aspects and sales perspectives to strengthen understanding of the industry and best practices. Developing both technical expertise and client engagement skills is essential to delivering professional and effective insurance solutions.

We appreciate the enthusiasm of our partners’ juniors and look forward to supporting their continued growth in the insurance profession.
