In 1983, Dr. Mohamed Morshedy established Memaar Al Morshedy. With a clear business strategy, Dr. Morshedy recruited a strong team of like-minded inspired architects and engineers that would become known as Degla for Real Estate Developments, the pillar of Morshedy Group. In the early years, Memaar Al Morshedy launched many sole-source designed, planned, engineered and constructed
multi-family residential buildings in Maadi area. Each of these residences displayed a unique style that stood the test of time. Then, the Group introduced a new concept of living through Morshedy Premier, a subsidiary of Morshedy Group, which provides integrated services projects that combine residential, administrative and commercial buildings in one place to help our customers enjoy a more convenient life. As Morshedy Premier mixed-use projects flourished, Memaar Al Morshedy, a subsidiary of the Group comes to crown the Group’s successes with its two mega youth housing projects in 6th of October City, where affordable housing units are provided along with all the services and facilities needed by our customers in integrated residential cities. Each of Memaar Al Morshedy developments is affirmation of our technical excellence, creativity and desire to build great places for the people who live and work in them.
