Zilla Capital, a leading investment bank in the MENA region, is pleased to announce that it has acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Pickalbatros Hotels & Resorts in securing USD 250 million in sustainability-linked financing from IFC - International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group, and Attijariwafa bank, Morocco’s leading bank.

The transaction represents the largest IFC-backed hospitality financing in Morocco’s history.

The financing will support Pickalbatros’ recent hotel acquisitions in Casablanca, the renovation and greening of its properties in Marrakech and Agadir, and the refinancing of existing debt.

This landmark transaction also marks the official launch of Zilla Capital’s operations in Morocco, further strengthening its presence across the MENA region.

The Zilla Capital advisory team was co-led by Moustafa El-Shenety(Founder & Co-CEO) and Khaled Gamal (Founder & Co-CEO), alongside Omar Zakaria Gad (Managing Director), Abdelfatah Abomousa(Director), and Menna Sameh (Analyst).

50 ألف سيارة هجينة صدّرتها الصين إلى أوروبا في يوليو 2026، بقفزة تتجاوز 160% خلال عام. والآن، اتفاق جديد يضع سقفًا لهذا التدفق.

-بكين تقبل خفض صادراتها المستقبلية من السيارات الهجينة إلى نصف المستويات المتوقعة أو أقل خلال أربع سنوات.

-إلغاء رسوم صينية بنحو 225 مليون يورو على واردات أوروبية، منها قطع غيار السيارات وزيت الزيتون.

-المعادن الأرضية النادرة ما زالت ملفًا عالقًا، والفائض الصيني يقترب من 370 مليار يورو.

فرنسا.. حين يصبح الدين فخًا

عوائد السندات الفرنسية لأجل 10 سنوات تقترب من 5%، في أكبر ارتفاع بين دول مجموعة السبع. لكن القصة الحقيقية ليست في حجم الدين، بل في الثمن الذي أصبح المستثمر يطلبه لتحمّل المخاطر.

عجز مرتفع، وفائدة أوروبية أعلى، وتوافق سياسي غائب، وحلقة قد تجعل كل جولة اقتراض جديدة أكثر تكلفة من سابقتها.
