Q1 2026 reflected continued progress in this direction, as we advanced our journey toward building a more integrated, diversified, and technology-enabled financial platform, recording EGP 642 million in consolidated operating income, up 27% YoY, while consolidated net income increased by 12% YoY to reach EGP 66 million.

Throughout the quarter, we continued advancing our restructuring strategy while accelerating investments in digital transformation, infrastructure modernization, and AI integration, further strengthening our position as a diversified fintech platform across financing, insurance, and digital solutions.

Through our AI Lab, we also developed an AI-powered risk approval engine designed to enhance credit decision precision and improve operational efficiency within a fully regulated framework. Beyond the numbers, what matters most is the direction. We are building a more agile, digitally led financial ecosystem designed to scale responsibly, expand access, and create sustainable long-term value.

We’re thrilled to welcome Major General. Hazem El Habrouk as Government Relations and Administrative Affairs Advisor of Contact Financial Holding!

Major General. Hazem brings a distinguished career spanning decades of leadership within the Egyptian Ministry of Interior, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening the social security framework and advancing institutional excellence.

Throughout his career, Major General. Hazem has held several senior leadership roles in Egyptian police, where he oversaw critical security operations and the effective management of complex operational environments.

His distinguished service earned him numerous honors and decorations, most notably the First-Class Order of Excellence awarded by the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt in 2017.

In his new role at Contact, Major General. Hazem El Habrouk will serve as Government Relations and Administrative Affairs Advisor of Contact Financial Holding, leveraging his extensive security and administrative expertise to support the Group’s institutional development and oversee several key administrative functions.

We believe at Contact Financial Holding that real financial inclusion goes beyond providing access to services, it is realized when opportunities are available to everyone without exception, particularly women who face additional challenges in their daily lives. From this perspective, our partnership with Al Nour Wal Amal Association was established to support visually impaired women by creating sustainable employment opportunities, enabling stable sources of income, and supporting small businesses, empowering them to achieve financial independence through our digital financial solutions.

The starting point of this collaboration was our participation in “Dialogue in the Dark” experience, a unique simulation and the first of its kind in the Middle East under the umbrella of Al Nour Wal Amal Association. This immersive experience allowed us to better understand the daily challenges faced by visually impaired individuals and served as a powerful reminder that awareness and understanding are the foundation of any meaningful and lasting impact.

When women’s empowerment converges with digital transformation and financial inclusion, we move beyond simply providing financial services. We help shape a more inclusive and equitable future, one that creates meaningful, lasting impact for individuals and society as a whole.
