We believe at Contact Financial Holding that real financial inclusion goes beyond providing access to services, it is realized when opportunities are available to everyone without exception, particularly women who face additional challenges in their daily lives. From this perspective, our partnership with Al Nour Wal Amal Association was established to support visually impaired women by creating sustainable employment opportunities, enabling stable sources of income, and supporting small businesses, empowering them to achieve financial independence through our digital financial solutions.

The starting point of this collaboration was our participation in “Dialogue in the Dark” experience, a unique simulation and the first of its kind in the Middle East under the umbrella of Al Nour Wal Amal Association. This immersive experience allowed us to better understand the daily challenges faced by visually impaired individuals and served as a powerful reminder that awareness and understanding are the foundation of any meaningful and lasting impact.

When women’s empowerment converges with digital transformation and financial inclusion, we move beyond simply providing financial services. We help shape a more inclusive and equitable future, one that creates meaningful, lasting impact for individuals and society as a whole.

وعندما يلتقي تمكين المرأة مع التحول الرقمي والشمول المالي، لا نكتفي بتقديم خدمات مالية فحسب، بل نُسهم في بناء مستقبل أكثر شمولًا وعدالة، ونصنع أثرًا إنسانيًا حقيقيًا ومستدامًا يمتد أثره إلى الأفراد والمجتمع ككل.

Youssef is a distinguished executive with over 20 years of banking experience across multinational Corporate and Institutional Banking, including seven years in Dubai covering the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey.

Throughout his career, he covered numerous corporate sectors with special expertise in the Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) sector. He also brings proven experience in establishing departments, developing operational and strategic frameworks, and delivering exceptional, sustainable results in highly competitive and complex environments.

In his new role at Contact, Youssef will lead the development of financial strategies focused on maximizing financial performance, enhancing institutional value, and driving strategic growth, further reinforcing the Group’s leadership position in the market.

Mostafa is a transformative executive with over 18 years of diversified leadership experience across Corporate and Institutional Banking and Correspondent Banking, with deep expertise in Non-Bank Financial Institutions, structured finance, and large corporate relationship management.

Throughout his career, he has led multi-billion local and international portfolios, driven sustainable growth, and upheld strong governance and risk discipline across complex and fast-evolving markets. His experience includes leading the Non-Bank Financial Institutions businesses across Egypt and Kenya, while also actively contributing to talent development across the industry through executive-level knowledge sharing and delivering credit and corporate credit courses.
