🛑IMPORTANT UPDATE 🛑

👇 This is what you need to know about the changes to the Golden Visa (EU Residence) programme in Greece, starting from January 1st 2023.

💰 The minimum investment threshold has changed from 250.000€ to 500.000€, ONLY for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of Athens, as well as Mykonos, Santorini, and Thessaloniki. A detailed list of areas is available from our team.

🇬🇷 For all other areas in Greece, the minimum investment required is 250.000€ for the buyer to be eligible for the Golden Visa.

📑 However, investors who pay a 10% down payment to the owner before April 30th 2023 and finalize their contract before December 31st 2023 will be eligible to obtain the EU Residence with a minimum investment of 250.000€, regardless of the area of investment, effectively giving a grace period of 4 months.
