We are looking for an experienced QC Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the quality of software development and deployment.

Job Description:
- Perform system testing of new applications and existing software enhancements to ensure they meet design specifications “manual and automation”
- Perform functionality testing of new applications and existing software enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements through performing end-to-end business scenario tests
- Perform regression testing of new applications and existing software enhancements to identify any possible impacts caused by changes
- Record test results
- Assist in maintaining and managing manual and automated scripts & test databases
- Contribute in conjunction with other members of the team to ensure all software errors are identified and corrected
- Ensure all aspects of work meet company quality standards and client expectations with guidance from Management
- Assist in analyzing design specifications to produce comprehensive test scripts and scenarios for expected results to be performed manually and using automated testing tools
- Testing fixes are required for reported faults, including tests for possible impacts from changes
- Update test cases based on the discovered defects
- Ensure tasks are prioritized effectively and testing tasks are delivered on time
- Write, generate, and review software test cases, bugs, and scenarios
- Create and use test scripts for automated functional and data-driven testing

Job Requirements:
- At least 5 Years of relevant industry experience
- Consistently demonstrated ability to exceed the requirements of Senior Software QA Engineer
- Excellent knowledge of software quality assurance and defining quality strategies for projects and client engagements
- Good knowledge of the company product development lifecycle and process tools
- Proficient in at least one test automation tool
- Good industry trends awareness
- Good knowledge of estimation techniques and release management
- Very Good knowledge of the functional, system, performance testing, and test automation tools
- Very Good communication, problem-solving and time management skills
- Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions.
- Sound interpersonal and team working skills
- Easily adaptable to company culture

Job Description:

- Lead onboarding and on-ground cash collection efforts
- Onboard clients onto Dayra widget and ensure onboarding data is accurate
- Contact clients via phone, text or visits to facilitate the collection of outstanding payments and debts
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions with clients
- Handle collections for both normal and delinquent accounts, and analyze account to determine best course of action
- Collaborate with different departments to achieve the company’s KPIs
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies to support the collections process
- Provide training and guidance to on ground collectors on collections processes, policies, and procedures

Requirements:
- 1-3 Years of experience in cash collections operations
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage difficult conversations and resolve conflicts effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends, using it to improve collection strategies and drive improvements in collection operations
- Ability to identify issues related to the collections process and develop solutions to improve the process
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
