We are looking for a passionate and result-driven IT Business Solutions Manager – Manufacturing & Logistics (Oracle Fusion) to join our team at at Obour City.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead Oracle Fusion ERP, Fleet, and Maintenance system implementations, support, integrations, and lifecycle management for Manufacturing & Logistics.

-Manage the Business Solutions Support Team, on-call schedules, SLAs, and Change Management to ensure 24/7 system availability and issue resolution.

-Partner with IT teams to troubleshoot issues, lead UAT, drive process improvements, and build reports/dashboards.

-Manage vendor, partner, and key stakeholder relationships while providing end-user training.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Information Systems, or a related field.

-10–15 years of IT experience in Enterprise Applications and ERP environments.

-Mandatory hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.

-Proven track record in ERP implementation, app support, solution architecture, and system integration within Manufacturing & Logistics.

-Experience leading app support teams with strong knowledge of ITSM, Incident, SLA, and Change Management.

-Strong vendor management and analytical skills; Power BI, SQL, and database concepts preferred.
