What does it feel like when I go into a conversation and I am actually open to being changed by it forever? Thrilling!

And it takes a lot from me: I committ to regulating the fears that keep me in my current mindset and walk the line of the values and position I really want to stand up for and where I want to acknowledge the other persons's ground. I often need to clarify for me and the other where I dont yet feel heard or how I want to be communicated to.

When I committ to honoring myself and someone else a good deep conversation about our controversy becomes possible. They sometimes are worth the effort they take, not always.

I went to Tallinn last week for Burning Man Project's European Leadership Summit to facilitate a session with Daniel DeTerrence Brooks on "Prosocial Guidelines: Balancing Inclusion and accountability". It was a lot of fun talking to many people about how to deal with conflict and unacceptable behaviour in the burner community.

At the end of this week, I will lead another round of my favourite online course: Embodied Conflict Transformation: An online course.

This is a playground for growth, for getting to support so that we can rest more in moments of tension, for allowing expansion of our current mindset and for play.

INVITATION TO CIRCLING in Stockholm and Copenhagen

This is an invitation to come and enter the circling practice with me. I want to slow down with you to where we can each feel our body with each breath. The intimacy that comes when our awareness deepens and more of our experience reveals itself to us in each moment.

What is contact like when we can feel ourselves while being in contact? When we do not shut down or leave ourselves to be with someone else. In the space I invite you into we dare to be more truthful to our experience and trust the innocence of our aliveness. We trust and express our own truth.

Let us extend in the natural unfolding of our expression and deeper contact. More contact also means rubbing off, attracting, calling upon each other .. and also repell. With more presence and trust in the space, our contact with each other in each moment will lead us into seeing deeper truths about ourselves.

Embracing circling means embracing the unknown, relinquishing the confines of certainty for the expansiveness of intuition. It transcends the boundaries of linear thought, allowing our souls to roam freely and our bodies to inhabit the present moment without the constraints of rationality. In this space, our experiences need not adhere to logic; they simply exist, inviting us to explore the depths of our being.

Einar and me finished leading a circling weekend in Copenhagen some hours ago.

We feel grateful and inspired.

Anger kept showing up in the circling this weekend and with it fear of being attacked and fear of not being received but shut down. Most of us probably had experiences of not being allowed to be angry or of feeling overwhelmed by our own or others' anger.

It is quite an art to inhabit our anger but it seems worth it. This wekeend we explored how to meet when we or someone else is angry and the beauty and aliveness that lies in that.

And also how anger calls for a space that has the resources to actually hold its power skillfully so that no damage is done. We explored how anyone in the space wants to feel safe with anger not disrupting connection.

we are both touched by this experience and many other explorations from this circling weekend. Actually we were so excited that we set up a new Circling Weekend in Copenhagen immediately.
