Ich suche am besten sofort eine engagierte Assistenz für die Geschäftsleitung.

Wir sind ein schnell wachsendes Unternehmen in der Versicherungsbranche. Mein Fokus liegt auf dem Thema Online-Marketing. Hier betreuen wir über 30 Webseiten und Social Media Kanäle, mit denen wir Kunden unsere Angebote zeigen.
Bspw. www.testsiegertarife.de. oder www.mehr-wert.com

Dazu kaufen wir weitere Online-Maklerfirmen dazu und integrieren sie in unsere Firma.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen “typische” Assistenzaufgaben wie Reiseplanung, Terminkoordination oder Excel und PowerPoint Kram. Aber das ist nicht alles. Du wirst selbst Verantwortung für Projekte übernehmen und bestimmte Tätigkeitsfelder selbst finden, organisieren und bearbeiten. Sei es im Bereich des Onlinemarketing oder bei der Integration der Firmen. Es wird definitiv nicht langweilig oder eintönig.

Deine berufliche Erfahrung oder deine Zeugnisse sind mir dabei relativ egal.

Selbstständigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit sind mir die beiden wichtigsten Eigenschaften. Ich halte kein Händchen und möchte kein Micromanagement machen (müssen).

Falls du Erfahrung im Bereich Versicherung oder Onlinemarketing oder Webdesign hast, wäre das natürlich mega. Ist aber kein Muss.

😳 Wichtig zu Wissen: meine Einstellung ist, dass Erfolg durch Fleiß und Engagement kommt. Ich biete hier keinen 08/15 Job, sondern etwas mit Perspektive. Sicherlich fordernd, aber auch fair.

Bei mir bekommst Du viele Freiheiten - dafür erwarte ich auch viel.

Was ich (für diese Stelle) nicht möchte, ist jemand mit einer klassischen 9 to 5 Einstellung. Wir werden mal am Samstag arbeiten, wenn’s brennt. Oder auch gemeinsam die verschiedenen Standorte von Karlsruhe bis Berlin und München bis Köln besuchen. Falls dir das zu viel ist, passen wir nicht zusammen.

Ach ja, optimal ist es, wenn du aus der Karlsruher Ecke kommst oder es nicht zu weit dorthin hast. An 2-3 Tagen pro Woche ist Office Day angesagt. Ansonsten arbeiten wir auch alle aus dem Home oder Mobile da Office.
