PENTAGON NETWORKING AGREEMENT AND TARGETS

Terms and Conditions of Employment
The Company hereby appoints and hires the services of as a Marketing Executive to sell and
promote the Company's products (and services) as described in Schedule B below.
The Marketing Executive hereby having read, understood and accepts the appointment and agrees to represent and promote the sale of the Products on a non-exclusive basis.
During the stipulated period of time, the Marketing Executive shall sell and promote the services of
the organization (Employer) hiring his/her services.
CUSTOMERS
Target Customers: The Marketing Executive shall direct it's sales and promotional efforts toward recruiting new customers to invest in the company.
Existing Customers. The Marketing Executive acknowledges that the Company has existing relationships with those customers (the "Existing Customers"), and that no compensation is payable for sales made by the Marketing Executive to Existing Customers.
COMMISSION AND EXPENSES
Commissions: The Company shall pay the Marketing Executive a commission on sales of the Products to customers and upon recruitment of new customers, where the sales were made substantially through its efforts.
PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS
Timing of Payment: The Company shall pay the Marketing Executive its commissions within [COM-
MISSION PAYMENT DAYS] days of the Company's receipt of payment from the customer, based on
the amounts actually received.
Taxes: All taxes paid by the company.
The Company has no obligation to pay or withhold any sums for taxes.
COMPANY'S RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales and Marketing Materials: The Company shall provide the Marketing Executive, at no cost,
with sales and marketing materials relating to the Products.
Product Information. The Company shall provide the Marketing Executive with current information as
to improvements, upgrades, or other changes in the Products and service offered by the company.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
Confidentiality Obligations: During the period starting on the Effective Date and ending [RE-
STRICTED PERIOD TERM] after the date of termination or expiration of this agreement (the "Re-
stricted Period"), the Marketing Executive shall hold all Confidential Information in confidence in
accordance with the terms of this agreement.
Use only for the Purpose: The Marketing Executive shall use the Confidential Information solely for
the purpose of selling and promoting the Products.
AGREEMENT:
Counterparts. This agreement may be signed in any number of counterparts, each of which is an origi-
nal and all of which taken together form one single document.
Effectiveness of Agreement. This agreement is effective as of the Effective Date, even if any signatures are made after that date.
Our list of targets include:
• Penta Starter (convince others to invest $25,000 with a minimum of 5 downliners) – a MacBook Pro, iPhone13 pro and Apple Watch. [In corrélation with our deal with Apple]
• Penta Pro (convince others to invest $50,000 with a minimum of 5 downliners) – a paid trip to a “leadership training event”
• Penta Bronze (convince others to invest $100,000 with a minimum of 10 downliners) – become one of the regional leaders in your zone/country.
• Penta Champion (convince others to invest $200,000 with a minimum of 10 downliners) – a “dream trip” to a “luxury destination” with one of the company’s BOT expert.
NOTE: Each of this levels also attracts a second and third level referral bonus of 3% and
Networkers have more than a million dollars in return will be automatically placed on the
International Exclusive Bounce.
