Responsibilities include:
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
• Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Maintaining client records.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
• Prospect and qualify new sales leads
• Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
• Meet and/or exceed quotas

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
• Experience in sales.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Work under supervision of board of managers and carry out tasks assigned like tracking and contacting vendors, customers, contracts, and other tasks that need a quick prompt and very fast ways in finding required information on internet, local and international agencies.
• Coordinate with Purchasing department to prepare data to be imported into the ERP on excel templates, and perform analysis of inventory and maintain solid inventory data and participate in stock control checks.
• Manage relationships with key operations vendors.
• Communicate customer issues and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Operation (in a professional company).
• Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
• Strong budget development and oversight skills.
• Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes

Preferred Qualifications
• Work experience in a professional ERP.
• Multilingual communication skills (English, Arabic & German preferred)
