SOTIC: Building Cities from Recycled Plastic

Sector: Buildings, Cities, Industries & Appliances

Stage: Post-Revenue

Plastic pollution is one of Guinea’s most pressing environmental issues—but one innovative construction company is transforming this challenge into opportunity. By turning waste into durable infrastructure materials, they’re building a more sustainable future, one paver at a time. SOTIC designs and manufactures eco-friendly pavers made from recycled plastic, offering a greener alternative for roads, courtyards, green spaces, and public infrastructure. Their mission? To make sustainable construction the norm—not the exception.

What they need: Partners, investors, and local authorities to help scale production, secure reliable plastic supply chains, and overcome regulatory and market adoption hurdles.
