Pressure on warehousing can slow growth faster than many businesses expect. That was the challenge at Leimai New Energy Vehicle, a manufacturer of electric cabin tricycles in Shandong, China, where large finished vehicles and limited space had become a real bottleneck.

Our colleagues at Linde MH (China) solved it with a custom-built automated high-bay warehouse featuring four-way shuttle technology. 🤖🏗️

Climate action starts with strong supplier engagement. 🌍🤝

KION has achieved an A in the latest Supplier Engagement Assessment (SEA) by CDP. ⭐

The annual SEA, formerly known as CDP’s Supplier Engagement Rating (SER), assesses how companies engage their supply chains on climate-related topics. At KION, we recognize the hard work of our Global Procurement team, led by the Sustainable Procurement Team. They have collaborated with our engaged suppliers to support KION's commitment to SBTi and the Net-Zero by 2050 target. Only through strong collaboration and partnership can we achieve our climate goals. 🌱

The assessment rates areas such as our Risk Management Process, Governance and Business Strategy, Supplier engagement, Scope 3 emissions including verification, and targets. 📊

As CDP points out, companies achieving an A in their SEA are playing a crucial role in the transition towards a net-zero sustainable economy by engaging their suppliers on climate change.

We are pleased to share:
🚀 Dr. Ralf Krieger, Decheng Wang, and Zhao Jin were elected to KION GROUP AG’s Supervisory Board.
🚀 A dividend of €0.62 per share will be paid out.
🚀 The contract extension of Michael Larsson as member of the Executive Board until December 2029.
