Miscommunication is the root of almost every problem in our life... Yet we spend so little time studying it...
Communication power
Miscommunication and the way we communicate can both destroy and fix relationship, in business and in life.
And sometimes the hardest thing is to simply say and explain what you feel, want or think...or what is important for you, what you expect or how you see the situation from your point of view...
Luckily communication is a skill you can learn and master.
From my own experience, I believe that this two pieces below are very important part of successful communication and are worth to practice and keep reminding them to yourself, whether you deal with private issues or business:
• Don't assume anything out of hand

Don't take things personally

Be aware that we all have different experiences and are all different in the way we perceive the world. So pay attention to your own thoughts and feelings but also listen and give space for other to have their own.

Even if it might feel uncomfortable, imperfect or emotional to communicate something important, don't give up trying.
Don't also guess or leave things unexplained...if things are emotional, take a break, get bit distances and then come back to it again.

Keep learning and try to communicate better.
This skill can change the results in every area of your life

Had an amazing opportunity to take part in this special, by invitation only event, where (Basketball Africa League ) come to Berlin during the finals of
It was the first time when Africa’s premier Basketball League organized such event to introduce the BAL to European friends and partners who will be in town for EuroBasket🌎💪🏻

A great evening of music with the sounds of and live painting from amazing ❤️✨🤩

And what most important, it was a great business network opportunity, making new connection and new strategic partnership that are joining my Global Africa business project…
