For years, I’ve been on a quest for the elusive "work-life balance." I’ve explored various approaches, from Tim Ferriss's 4-Hour Work Week to the traditional 8-8-8 model, and even the intense work-hard-play-hard strategy. I tried the 6-month sprint with a 6-month surf break during my younger years, but it wasn’t sustainable once family and business responsibilities came into play.
I’ve learned that it’s not about choosing one over the other; it’s about integrating both. Thanks to two personal coaches and, most importantly, my amazing wife, Sharon Aloni I’ve discovered a balance where work and life complement each other. I can travel and work, celebrate a deal from the beach, or take Sundays off to learn wing foiling with my son. This blend of work and pleasure keeps me relaxed, sharp, and fully engaged in both my personal and professional life.
