COOPERATIVA COOPERATIVA is the private venture capital family office of venture entrepreneurs Anja Rath (Arnold) ecosystems.

COOPERATIVA is all about generating value in venture capital projects. Based on our first-hand experience as entrepreneurs, angels, venture capital managers and LPs, we have learned that ex*****on matters. We thus built a platform to provide agile yet meticulous support in all things venture for ourselves and like-minded entrepreneurs. COOPERATIVA covers 360° of the venture capital life cycle: We

invest directly and indirectly. Our transaction advisory task force supports startups in their fundraising and exit efforts. Our investor services team provides venture-centric family office services and incepts and operates VC funds with leading sector experts. COOPERATIVA is headquartered in Berlin with strong links to the European and U.S. COOPERATIVA believes that the entrepreneurship movement and a healthy equity culture are key for any society’s prosperity. To contribute our share, we provide, amongst others, non-profit ecosystem education on venture methodology. Our corresponding book Dealterms.vc will be released in the second half of 2017.
