Meet Artem Iamanov 🤝 Co-Founder at Vivid

Every day starts the same way for Artem: he wakes up curious. Reports, overnight updates, US news that broke during the European night. In the AI era, where everything changes daily, that curiosity isn't a habit, it's the job. 💜

His role at Vivid sits in three layers. Keeping an eye on what could slow us down. Helping people spot problems early and sort them out. Keeping the narrow blockers to growth visible enough to fix.

The vision is simple: build the biggest financial platform in Europe for small and medium businesses. The mission: ship products fast that customers actually love.
In this episode of , Artem shares what drives him every morning, how he thinks about people, problems, and growth, and why curiosity is his most important tool.

"The right question to ask yourself is 'who?'"

That's the principle Artem, Co-Founder at Vivid, comes back to. For him, leadership always starts with people.

Vivid touches a lot of areas. No single person can be the expert in all of them, and chasing that perfection isn't the point. The real skill, he says, is finding the right person fast. Sometimes that means looking outside the team. More often, it means looking around the room and recognising who's already there.

Artem shares more in our next video. Full version dropping next week. 💜

Meet Armando 🤝General Manager Spain at Vivid 🇪🇸

For him, a good day is when a company can run its business a little easier than the day before. When something we built actually improves how they manage their finances.

People come and go, but at Vivid they keep coming back. 💜

That’s something Armando, General Manager Spain 🇪🇸 at Vivid, noticed early on. Again and again.

How things tend to go: people come, learn and then want to explore new opportunities. But at Vivid they often decide to return.

At first he was quite surprised, but that’s something we’ve seen a lot, and something we’re very proud of. It says a lot about the company. About the culture and the team. We aim to create an environment people want to be part of and this shows us, it’s working.

“A good day is when we make life easier for companies.”

That’s how Armando, General Manager Spain 🇪🇸 at Vivid, defines his personal success.
For him, it’s about the everyday impact → Helping businesses improve their finances. Making their day-to-day operations smoother. And solving real problems, step by step. Because in the end, what matters most is how do you turn small improvements into real impact?

Armando shares his perspective on this in our next video.

Meet Alex 🤝 Co-founder of Vivid, and the one keeping things running behind the scenes.

He knows best, that building a company isn’t a straight line. He describes it more like a constant mix of small wins, setbacks, and a lot of decisions in between. Some work... Some don’t.

For him, what matters most isn’t just growth or milestones. It’s those moments when you hear customers talk to you about Vivid, without knowing who you are.
If they speak positively, you know something worked. If they don’t, it’s just as valuable. It shows you exactly what needs to be fixed.

That mindset carries into how we build every day: staying close to what customers actually experience and constantly moving things forward.

“We try to keep the tempo.”

That’s something Alex, co-founder of Vivid, comes back to quite often.
Our approach is built on this: If something can be improved, do it. If something can be launched, launch it.

Because for customers, it’s not about one big release. It’s about seeing that things keep getting better for them. Week by week. Sometimes it’s a bigger feature. Sometimes it’s a small fix you almost don’t notice. But over time, that’s what keeps our customers with us.

Alex shares his perspective in our next video.

“It’s a bit of a rollercoaster, to be honest.” 👀

That’s how Alex, Co-Founder of Vivid, describes building a company.

What keeps him going? The unfiltered moments.
Hearing customers talk about Vivid without realizing he’s listening. Sometimes positive. Sometimes critical. Always valuable.

Because that’s where you see what truly works - and what doesn’t.
So what drives founders through the ups and downs?
And why is honest customer feedback one of the most powerful tools you have?

Alex shares his perspective in our next video.

Meet Stef 🤝CEO of Vivid Money SA 🇱🇺

For him, standing still has never really been an option.

Before joining Vivid, he worked across fintech and banking, helping companies scale across Europe and launch new products in complex market environments.

In this episode of , Stef shares why he believes speed and empathy are riding the same wave 🌊and why the best teams move fast while still listening, supporting each other, and enjoying the ride.

Speed and empathy don’t have to compete.

That was one of Stef’s biggest lessons over the past years.

He’s the CEO of our Luxembourg entity 🇱🇺 and knows very well: In fintech, things move fast → ergo, decisions need to happen quickly and teams push hard to launch the next feature or solve the next problem.

BUT speed alone doesn’t build strong companies.

Yes, you can move fast, and need to make bold decisions but you still have to make the time to listen, support people, and bring everyone along to unlock peak performance.

Stef shares his perspective in our next video.
