Feeling safe at work shouldn’t be a bonus; it should be a given. That’s why we’re proud that our Newnan site has completed a calendar year without a recordable incident.

For us, this achievement is about more than numbers. It reflects the kind of workplace we want to offer: one where people feel supported, respected, and confident to do their best work every day.
To mark the moment, our team received special shirts during a handover session—a small gesture that stands for something bigger ▶️ our people truly come first.

Last week, our Global Operations Meeting brought together colleagues from across the Grenzebach Group, this time at our Millennium location in Beachwood, Ohio, and Grenzebach location in Newnan, Georgia. Once again, the event showed the power of aligned strategy, cross‑functional expertise, and shared commitment to progress.

With deep‑dive discussions, hands‑on workshops, and valuable best‑practice exchanges, the meeting reaffirmed how our Excellence programs continue to shape our path toward a more efficient, resilient, and future‑ready organization.
