🚢 One week — one term

Transit time
To put it simply, this is the time that the cargo spends on the road — from the moment when it was loaded onto the transport to the moment when it arrived at its destination.

Imagine: you ordered a coffee maker from an online store. The store sent an SMS: "Delivery will take 5-7 days." These 5-7 days are the transit time, only on the scale of containers and ships.

In logistics, it can be from a couple of days (if the shipment is within the country) to several weeks (if the container is going from China to Europe by sea).

In general, transit time is like the "ETA" in the navigator, only for sea cargo.

Why your feedback is important to us (and what we do with it)

Sometimes it seems that feedback is just a courtesy. Well, they say, "thank you, we'll take it into account." But in fact, it is our compass.

When you ask questions, argue, share your experiences, or just write, "Can I give you more details?" You're helping us get better. Without too much pathos.

📌 For example:
— someone asked how exactly the container rental takes place - we made a separate post with a step—by-step explanation.
— there were a lot of messages about tracking — added a tracking analysis.
— the topic of risks came up — we went live and dealt honestly with everything point by point.

We really read every comment, every question and every "can I still...". We fix everything. Everything goes into work, whether it's an infographic, a broadcast, or a new instruction.

So if something is unclear, interesting, or important to you, write it down. In the reply, in the personal account, in the comments. We will not just respond. We'll hear it. And we'll do better.

Because trust is built not only on words, but on actions. And we understand that.

📚 One week — one term
Let's upgrade the investment vocabulary together — calmly, humanly and without abstruse definitions.

Today's term is Diversification.

Sounds solid, right? In fact, it's just common sense in the investment world.
Diversification is when you don't put all your eggs in one basket.

Imagine: you have 3 containers. One works in Europe, the other in Asia, and the third works domestically. If something went wrong in one part of the world, others continue to generate income.

Or you have a container and, say, bonds. One gives a stable income, the other — a little more risk, but also higher profit.

This way you don't depend on profitability alone and don't panic at the first turbulence.

Less stress, more chances for growth. That's the whole formula.

Next Friday is a new term. Do you have any suggestions on what to sort out? Write 👇

"Where does the cargo go when it leaves the port?"
is just about how logistics works after the sea.

The container has arrived. The ship docked. The port accepted the cargo. And then the land magic begins.

Step 1: Unloading
The container is removed from the side — it's fast, everything is honed here. They immediately scan the number, verify the documents, and the container is included in the tracking system.

Step 2: Transportation to the warehouse or distribution center
Depending on who the recipient is and where they are located, the container is loaded either onto a train or onto a truck. Sometimes they are already waiting for him at one point, especially if we are talking about logistics giants.

Step 3: Unpacking or reloading
Some of the containers go to the customer's door, and some go first to the warehouse, where the goods are reloaded, formed according to invoices and dispersed further.

Step 4: End Point
It can be a supermarket, an online store, a factory, or even a private house. It all depends on the contents: from coffee to auto parts, everything goes this way.

And now the most interesting thing: when the container is unloaded, it does not rest, but joins a new round of travel. Sometimes on the same day.

That's how it turns out that one "iron box" can travel half the world without stopping for a single day.

If you are interested, we can tell you how the logistics chain is arranged in detail, with examples of our containers. Write in the comments, let's make a sequel!

Digest of investment news: What is happening in the world of money?

Every week, something changes in the world of investment - exchange rates jump, markets react, someone loses, and someone earns. Catch a short squeeze of fresh:

Stock markets are staying afloat despite the political turbulence. Big-tech companies continue to pull indexes up, but experts advise to be careful: a correction may come suddenly.

Interest in alternative investments is growing. More and more investors are looking towards containers, warehouse properties and franchises. Tired of the "roller coaster" on the crypt — I want stability.

Which of these surprised or hooked you? Write in the comments, we will discuss!

If you are interested in receiving such reports regularly, let us know, and we will make the digest a permanent heading.

, We have collected your latest questions — we answer honestly and without water

You write, we read. Often. And we try not to miss any important moment. Below is a selection of the questions that have been asked most often lately. We answer as it is

🧩 “Why don't you make pools (folding) Like in a taxi?”
The idea is interesting. We are considering it, but it is important to ensure that every investor has the legal purity of the transaction and a clear payment mechanism. Pools are potentially more risky and more difficult. We do not exclude that something similar will appear later, but in a secure format.

"Why 40-foot containers?”
Because this is the most demanded format in international logistics. They are the ones that large carriers are more willing to rent. This means stable loading, less downtime and more income.

🎨 “Can I put a logo on the container? For a fee?”
You can. But more often it is done by the tenant himself if the container is under long-term lease. For an investor, this does not affect anything — payments are stable, regardless of the color and stickers.

"Can the container sink or get lost?”
A very rare scenario. But even if something out of the ordinary happens, the container is insured. This is stipulated in the contract. You won't have to compensate for anything — everything is covered by insurance.

"What if in 5 years you have to "separate" the flows or the company closes?”
To put it bluntly, no one can guarantee the future 100%. But:
— The container remains your property
— He works in global logistics
— Even if the League disappears (which is unlikely), you can continue to rent the container yourself or through another management company.

And yes, a container is a physical asset, not an ephemeral token. You can touch it, sell it, pick it up, or use it as a warehouse.

If you still have any questions, don't keep them to yourself. Write to the chat or private messages. We are close, we are in touch, and we are always ready to talk business. 🤝

📚 One week — one term

🔍 This week: “Freight”
The word sounds loud, but in reality it's just the cost of shipping cargo by sea. When your container travels, say, from Shanghai to Hamburg, someone has to pay for it. And this amount is called freight.

💬 An example on the fingers:
You call a taxi to the airport. The price is 1000₽. This is your “freight”. But instead of you, there's a container, and instead of a taxi, there's a container ship.

Why is this important?
Freight affects profitability. When demand is high, freight is expensive, and so is container rental. This means that the payments to the investor are higher.

And now to you:
Write your own term in the comments, which you have long wanted to understand — let's figure it out together!

Do you want to invest, but are you afraid? This is absolutely normal.

Seriously. Fear is not weakness. It's just a signal that you're going beyond the usual. And there, beyond these limits, growth often begins.

When you first think about investing, especially in such an unobvious asset as shipping containers, there are a lot of questions in your head.:

• "What if it doesn't work out?"
• "What if I didn't take something into account?"
• "And if I'm deceived?"
• "And how will I control it all?.."

We understand you. We were in your shoes once.

And here's what's important to know:

Being afraid is okay.
It's much worse to ignore this fear and not figure out where it came from. Sometimes it is based on myths or ignorance. And sometimes — at real risks. It is important to distinguish one from the other.

Start small.
One container is already a start. This is an opportunity to experience the whole process, understand how everything works, and draw conclusions. It is not necessary to invest everything at once.

Ask questions. A lot.
That's what we're here for. If you want a contract, we'll show you. If you want to get to know each other in person, come to the office.

Understand how the model works.
When you see how income is generated from logistics, the fear goes away. Because you're starting to realize that there's no magic here. Only the structure, the demand, and the container that actually transports the goods.

Write if you just want to discuss it — without pressure, without commitment. Sometimes just talking to a real person already gives you confidence that you are not alone in your doubts.

You're not the first one who's afraid to start. But you can be the one who wasn't afraid to try.

Why don 't we take third— party containers - humanly again

The question is clear and frequent. "So I found a new container cheaper — why not put it to work for you?"
We answer without defense, calmly and to the point.

Look, it's like you brought your car and said: "Let me take her in a taxi—she's normal!"
But here's the caveat: who checked her brakes? A pendant? Is there insurance? And if the passenger gets shaken up so much that he sues?

That's the same with containers. On the surface, everything is fine.
But in fact:
🔹 we do not know how it is produced,
🔹 We cannot guarantee its wear and tear,
We do not insure anything that has not passed our inspection,
We do not risk logistics because of one "foreign" link in the system.

It is important to us that each container is like a trusted employee in the team — with a dossier, with a clear history, with insurance and a technical passport.

Otherwise, everything can fall apart out of the blue. But we're playing for a long time, and we don't want to risk your money.

So no, it's not an imposition. It's a responsibility.
In front of you — and in front of the whole system.

📘 One week — one term
Today we are analyzing: "Last mile delivery", or in simple terms - "the last mile".

What is it?
This is the final stage of delivery — from the nearest warehouse or logistics hub to the recipient's door. The very moment when the courier is already delivering your parcel — whether it's a phone, an order from a marketplace, or... Yes, yes, even the documents for the container

Why is this important?
Because it is at this stage that delays, misunderstandings and — let's be honest — the main emotions from the service most often occur. Did you make it? Well done. Are you late? It's already a minus in reputation.

In logistics, the "last mile" is the most expensive and capricious part of the journey. It depends on how the client will remember the whole experience: with a smile or with irritation.

Have you ever encountered problems on the "last mile"? Write in the comments — we'll discuss, laugh and figure it out.

Global shipping is strained: security measures are being stepped up due to the conflict between Israel and Iran

In short, the sea has become more alarming. In recent weeks, the escalating conflict between Israel and Iran has triggered a wave of revisions to safety protocols in international waters.

What's going on?
Companies are strengthening ship security, avoiding routes through the Persian Gulf, and reviewing supply logistics. Security screening has increased in some ports. And insurance companies are reviewing freight rates across risk zones.

How does this affect the container market?
— Routes are lengthening
— The cost of delivery increases
— There is a growing demand for stable logistics solutions outside of hot spots

If you have a container under management, don't worry: routes are selected taking into account all current risks. We are monitoring the situation and adjusting logistics to maintain reliability and stability.

It is important to understand that in logistics, the main thing is not to panic, but to be able to adapt quickly. And that's exactly what we do every day.

If you have any questions, we are always happy to discuss them. Write in the comments

A formula that is forgotten when thinking about money
(but which works like a container on a flight)

K = (Dr) × And × In × t

Does it sound like something from a textbook? And now in a human way👇

, D — Income
Everything you earn.

, R — Expenses
Everything you spend.

(Dr.) — free cash flow, the very "free money" that capital growth begins with.

, And — Investment returns
How much your investments grow on average (not to be confused with hype on the forum).

, B — The probability of safety
Or, more simply, the reliability of the tool. If you take too much risk, it falls. Invested in the proven — In ≈ 1.

, t — time
Magic. The longer money works, the more it grows. Compound interest — he doesn't like fuss.

Real-life examples:

Increased income, but did not increase expenses — there was more for investments
✅ Reduced costs — it became even more
We chose a stable yield of 20%, rather than 6% — the increase is higher
But we didn't go into the pyramid, because B = 0 is there, and everything is reset to zero
And most importantly: time does wonders
If you have I = 20%, B = 1 and you just give t = 10 years, you will be surprised what the result looks like.

Have you already considered your "K" for the next 5 years?
Or is it still at the (Dr.) level with varying success? 😅

Let's talk in the comments — let's help each other improve their financial form!
