Máme za sebou 5. ročník investorského eventu. Opäť sme sa stretli v príjemnej atmosfére Karolinenhofu, tentokrát pri príležitosti 35. výročia WOOD & Company.

Témou večera bola Kvalita, ktorá pretrváva v čase. A presne v tomto duchu sa niesol celý večer. Od spoločných rozhovorov a stretnutí s investormi, cez farm-to-table večeru až po hudobný program a sprievodné aktivity.

Ďakujeme všetkým, ktorí boli jeho súčasťou. Za príjemnú atmosféru, otvorené rozhovory a čas, ktorý sme mohli stráviť spolu.

Na časy ako kedysi. Na chvíle ako dnes.

The fourth edition of the WOOD's Türkiye Investor Symposium brought investors and leading Turkish companies together in Istanbul.

Ahead of the symposium, participating investors joined a dedicated one-day roadshow across Istanbul on 22 September, meeting selected mid and large cap Turkish companies directly at their offices and engaging with senior management teams.

The symposium, held on 23–24 September, then brought together institutional investors and representatives of a broad range of small, mid and large cap Turkish companies. Across the three days, investors gained direct access to management teams and first-hand insight into the companies, sectors and developments currently shaping the Turkish equity market.

WOOD & Company recognised at the Private Banking Hungary Awards 2026.

Our Wealth Management team has received the Business Development of the Year award at the XVI. Private Banking Hungary Awards in Budapest, just three years after WOOD & Company launched its wealth management services in Hungary.

The award recognises our bespoke investment advisory capabilities, the implementation of AI in our advisory workflow and our cooperation with UBS as an external asset management partner. WOOD & Company was also represented in a panel discussion focused on the latest developments in wealth management.

This is already our second recognition in Hungary this year, following the Best Innovation Award presented by Klasszis Média in June. Congratulations to Peter Varga-Szilagyi, Gyula Mark Pleschinger and the entire Budapest team.

Beyond the Horizon. A fitting theme for celebrating 35 years of WOOD & Company, reflecting on how far we have come while keeping our eyes on what lies ahead. And there was no better place to mark the occasion than our own Občanská plovárna in Prague.

We brought together colleagues, clients, partners and friends from across our markets for an evening that felt very much like WOOD. Over the years, a lot has changed. Markets, opportunities, the way we work, and the scale of our business. What has remained constant is the importance of strong relationships, trust, and people who share the same ambition.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of WOOD & Company over the past 35 years and who has helped shape the company along the way.

Objem obchodů s WOOD PX ETF překonal 100 mil. Kč.

Osmý obchodní den po uvedení na pražskou burzu překročil objem obchodů s WOOD PX ETF hranici 100 milionů korun. První dny obchodování tak přinesly výraznou aktivitu a potvrdily zájem o nový nástroj zaměřený na český akciový trh.

„Věříme, že zájem během prvních obchodních dnů odráží jednoduchou myšlenku. Čeští investoři hledají atraktivní alternativu k bankovním vkladům a nemovitostem. Míra úspor českých domácností přitom výrazně převyšuje průměr EU a velká část tohoto kapitálu stále nesměřuje na domácí kapitálový trh. PX ETF je náš příspěvek ke změně tohoto trendu,“ říká Zuzana Mora, Co-Head of Equities ve WOOD & Company.

Od uvedení se WOOD PX ETF zařadil na 7. místo žebříčku všech burzovních titulů před emise jako VIG či Kofola. Objem 100 mil. Kč za necelých osm obchodních dnů lze jednoznačně považovat za úspěch, který může podpořit další aktivitu na tomto titulu.

Projekt Šárka rozšiřuje rezidenční portfolio WOOD & Company.

V pražských Vokovicích, v bezprostředním sousedství přírodního parku Divoká Šárka, vznikne nový rezidenční projekt Šárka, který připravujeme společně se skupinou CRESTYL. Nová čtvrť nabídne 224 bytů v 18 viladomech a čtyři rodinné domy. Projekt propojí kvalitní architekturu, soukromí a blízkost přírody s dobrou dostupností do centra Prahy.

Šárka je třetí akvizicí WOOD & Company Residential podfondu, který investuje do kvalitních rezidenčních projektů ve spolupráci s renomovanými developery. Za posledních 12 měsíců dosáhla CZK třída podfondu výnosu 17,09 % a EUR třída 19,15 %.

Last week, we welcomed clients and partners in Budapest for the WOOD & Company Autumn Investment Conference, held in cooperation with Portfolio.

In the year when WOOD & Company celebrates its 35th anniversary, we wanted to create a space for an open discussion on the topics currently shaping investment decisions. From the outlook for the global economy and capital markets to the future development of the real estate market across Central Europe.

The programme brought together perspectives from across the investment landscape, with contributions from Peter Varga-Szilagyi, Managing Partner at WOOD & Company Hungary, Vladimir Jaros, CEO of WOOD & Company, Norbert Pálmai from the BlackRock Investment Institute, and Marek Herold, Portfolio Manager at WOOD & Company Real Estate.

A few moments from our field trip at MSPO 2026 International Defence and Aerospace Exhibition in Kielce, where our team accompanied investors yesterday for a full day of meetings and discussions across the defence and aerospace sector.

During our visit, we engaged with a broad range of companies, including Aselsan, C**t Canada, Creotech, Czechoslovak Group (CSG), Hensoldt, Kongsberg, Kale Kalıp, PONAR, Renk Group, Rheinmetall, Saab, VIGO Photonics and WB Group.

In addition to visiting company stands, we also held meetings with management representatives from several of the participating companies. This provided an opportunity for our clients to get familiarized with emerging defence technologies, recent defence procurement trends and military concepts, including how lessons from Ukraine and Iran are changing not only military concepts but also strategic priorities shaping the global defence and aerospace industry.

Thank you to all participating investors and company representatives for their time and valuable discussions throughout the visit.
