At LitFin, Bartosz leads the economic side of our private litigation cases — from early damage estimates to final compensation calculations. ⚖️📊
He’s also an Assistant Professor at the Warsaw School of Economics, where he teaches econometrics and researches how data shapes competition law. 🧠📚
Before joining us, he spent over 10 years in economic consulting (Warsaw + Brussels), crafting expert reports and robust methodologies in competition & regulation. 💼💡

And when he’s not crunching numbers?
🎶 DJ-ing, 🌊 sea sailing, and 📖 sci-fi books are his go-to passions.

🔴 Two events, one shared ambition: making access to compensation easier for businesses!

🗓️ On April 10, we had the pleasure of taking part in two complementary highlights dedicated to damages actions following anti-competitive practices:

📍 Nuits-Saint-Georges — at the FNTR Bourgogne General Assembly.
We presented our funding solutions for the truck cartel case and discussed with transport professionals how to claim compensation.

📍 Paris — at the Court of Appeal, during the “Private Enforcement in the EU” conference organized by Concurrences.
As a third-party funder, we closely follow the evolution of competition litigation and the mechanisms helping businesses to seek redress.

🚀 With the opening of our new office in Brussels, we are strengthening our presence in France and the Benelux to stay even closer to the field.

We started Thursday morning at LitFin with an ALL HANDS breakfast. 🙌🏻
A space to recap the first quarter, share plans and news, as well as meet across teams outside of the normal work rhythm. 💫

Startup LitFin je i po čtyřech letech od svého vzniku účetně ve ztrátě a ještě nějakou dobu se to nezmění. Vybudoval ale zajímavé portfolio soudních sporů, ve kterých se hraje o stamiliony. Je to běh na dlouhou trať, ale jakmi...
