Our company 🔹F.M.B VIP IMMIGRATION SERVICES🔹is looking for a Russian-English speaking and a Greek-English Office Assistant, to handle incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands. We specialize in immigration services and searching for a reliable assistant to help ensure smooth office operations and excellent client service.
🔹Office Assistant Responsibilities:
📎 Handle incoming phone calls and other communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
📎 Manage and organize the office filing system, ensuring all documents are properly categorized and easily accessible
📎 Greet clients and visitors, offering a warm and welcoming environment.
📎 Update and maintain various paperwork, documents, and records, including word processing and data entry.
📎 Perform general office clerk duties and errands, including organizing files and office supplies.
📎 Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including accommodations and reservations as required.
📎 Aid with client reception and assist with various tasks as required.
📎 Create, maintain, and enter information into company databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
🔹Office Assistant Requirements:
📎 A warm personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
📎 A university diploma is required.
📎 Previous experience as an office assistant or in a related administrative field.
📎 Knowledge of the Cyprus immigration sector is a plus.
📎 Language proficiency: English and Russian are required; Greek is an advantage.
📎 Ability to write clearly and help with word processing as needed.
📎 A pleasant and professional demeanor, with strong organizational skills.
📎 Ability to multitask effectively and manage a variety of office duties.
