We are actively and looking for a Consultant / Corporate Travel Agent
Location: Nicosia, Cyprus
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are a well-established travel agency in Nicosia seeking an experienced and highly motivated Travel Consultant to join our team.
Key Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry.
Strong knowledge with Amadeus GDS (booking, ticketing, reissues, exchanges, queues, and fare calculations).
Proven experience in corporate/business travel management, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel policy compliance.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent English; Greek language will be considered an advantage.
Main Responsibilities
Arrange and manage domestic and international travel for corporate clients.
Book flights, hotels, transfers, car rentals, and other travel services.
Handle itinerary changes, reissues, cancellations, and travel disruptions efficiently.
Provide excellent support to corporate travellers before, during, and after travel.
Ensure accuracy of bookings and compliance with company travel policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
