Currently, Hass Holding is focused on investing in real estate and the acquisition and selling of shares, stocks and other securities. Major infrastructure projects begin long before construction reaches the skyline.
Before a power plant can be built, extensive geological and geotechnical investigations are carried out to ensure the site is suitable for long-term, safe operation. These early stages provide the data that guides engineering decisions throughout the project's lifecycle.

As part of Poland's first nuclear power plant development, DORACO is supporting these preparatory works through the construction of temporary infrastructure and facilities required for the next phases of site investigations, in collaboration with Bechtel.

Projects of this scale demonstrate how engineering expertise contributes not only to construction itself, but also to the foundations of critical national infrastructure and the country's long-term energy transition.

Modern infrastructure creates long-term value.
The completion of the Hel Quay modernisation at the Port of Gdynia marks another milestone for DORACO, delivering enhanced operational capacity while maintaining uninterrupted terminal operations throughout construction.

The project included the reconstruction of 799 metres of quay, reinforced foundations, and infrastructure capable of accommodating larger container cranes, strengthening both efficiency and the port's future development.

Complex engineering is measured not only by what is built, but by how it is delivered: safely, precisely, and with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
