Panos Panayiotou is an award winning architect with extensive experience across a range of sectors around the globe. As a leader of the large, UK-based, international design practice Scott Brownrigg for thirty years, he managed all overseas operations and specifically the hospitality and leisure teams. In 2013, Panos and Cyprus based colleagues Alun Moreton and Paris Cotsapas amicably parted from Scott Brownrigg to pursue their own path and practice interests, taking responsibility for the extensive Cyprus-based on-going projects and forming Panos Panayiotou + Associates. Panos Panayiotou + Associates is already recognised as one of the top architectural practices in Cyprus, and in the wider region. The practice undertakes projects across all sectors, including business space, residential, hospitality, and regeneration. PPA specialises in large, complex projects, and particularly hospitality, mixed-use and tall building schemes. PPA’s recent projects include schemes for leading international and local contractors and developers, such as Bouygues Batiment International, Iacovou Group, Joannou & Paraskevaides, Cybarco, Tofarco, JA Ideal Homes, SPD and A.
