Affiliate Marketing Manager

We are a business development company, specializing in lead generation, sales, and customer support which are looking for a self-starter and ambitious, looking for success Affiliate Marketing Manager for our office's exchange in Malta and Cyprus.

The position includes:

- Develop marketing plans and manage budgets based on budgets requirements
- Experience in hunting and recruiting new affiliate/media sources, negotiating with publishers for the best deal
- Manage online campaigns while keeping ROI positive, Campaign management, ads operations, add trafficking and billing
- Monitor and optimize the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Creativity in building new campaigns and designs closely with the creative team
- Negotiate rates with media sales companies to obtain the most competitive prices.
- Experience in managing multiply campaign models (CPL, CPA, CPM, CPC…) based on the company potential revenue
- Optimize and analyze data in order to maximize revenue opportunities and reach campaign objectives.
- Running campaigns on multiple external platforms with high volume budgets and experience working with 3rd party tracking systems and CRMs (DFP etc)
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content
- Develop and manage website content
- Find and target audiences
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Experience working in the English and Spanish Market is a must

Requirements:

- BA degree in Marketing or fields related
- English High Level is a must, Spanish, Italian and other language, it’s a plus
- Experience in Social Media and Forex will be considered an advantage
- Experience in Media buying and Affiliate management from the financial online industry
- Experience of Native Adv on Taboola and Outbrain, also ability to improve the performance marketing for Native, Email and SMS campaigns
- Excellent analytical skills, including Google, Excel, PowerBI, and Taboola
- Word-Press and HTML skills to create websites or landing pages
- Photoshop or any graphic software to create contents
- Effective sales and high negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
- Ability to multitask and handle various priorities
- Reaching monthly goals
- Team Player, pro-active, motivated, and organized Energetic

We are a business development company, specialized in lead generation, sales and customer support which is looking for a vibrant, eager and focused on the result Conversion Sales English Agent with B2C experience, who will be responsible particularly of developing portfolio of clients and maintain the relationships with them for our offices in Cyprus.

Responsibilities

- Develop a strategic account and portfolio plans to work with the assigned team.
- Build solid relationships and trust with clients and improve business over the phone.
- Bring sales experience along with industry insights.
- To actively engage with new client leads and activate them as new clients.

Requirements

- Live in Limassol.
- Fluency in English is a must; another language is considered a plus.
- Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
- Flexibility to maintain focus through change and thrive in difficult situations.
- Proven ability to multitask & work under pressure and build ongoing relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with a focus on Sales/Account Management.
- Ability to work well alone and as part of a team.

It's an office and phone centre job from Monday to Friday.

Schedule: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
