This year, we took part in the Limassol Marathon 2026, which also had a charitable mission — and we’re proud to be part of it.

The weather conditions were far from ideal — wind and rain made it even more challenging. But that didn’t stop us. We showed up, we ran, and we proved that together, we can achieve more.

• Learning first: updated internal learning paths + better knowledge sharing across teams
• Hiring upgrade: launched a Core Values Evaluation Framework to assess culture fit consistently (not by gut feeling)
• Stronger selection: added competency + potential assessment with structured scoring
• Ownership in action: ran a hands-on workshop to turn “ownership” into daily habits

This week, we turned our office into a place of magic and creativity to celebrate Halloween 🎃

From witches and dark lords to mysterious ladies — everyone found their character and brought a spark of imagination to the celebration.
There was plenty of laughter, energy, and a bit of friendly competition for the most creative costume 👻
