Z.R.T.X. Trading Ltd is a company trading on the European stock exchanges and the Nasdaq. Founded early this millennium, Z.R.T.X. Trading Ltd successfully focuses on trading equities and futures on a daily basis. After 25 years in the markets, our mother company, Accent Circonflexe Groupe BV, is still a young and enthusiastic company with an informal culture and a healthy growth ambition. Accent Circonflexe and Z.R.T.X. do not trade for clients; our traders trade for the account and risk of the company itself.
Responsibilities:
- Your employment will start with a short but intensive 2-3 months training period in our office to trade independently on the financial markets.
- You will have to identify trading opportunities and take related actions.
- You will learn how to interpret news, identify trends, value opportunities and control risk.
- In this position, it's all about speed, concentration, and responding adequately to what is happening in the markets.
- Vision, timing, knowledge and experience; everything comes together in this job.
- During the day, you will discuss opportunities with your colleagues; however you will always take trading decisions yourself. It's a fascinating world in which your working attitude, talent, knowledge and discipline will determine your success.
Depending on your results, you may soon leave the junior level and make your way to medium and finally senior professional level.
Qualifications Required:
- You have just completed a bachelor or master's degree or equivalent qualification.
- You love numbers and figures.
- You are fluent in English.
- You feel at home in an informal Western European working culture.
- You are interested in the financial markets.
- You are an EU citizen or have an EU work permit.
Your Profile:
- You are enterprising, love to work independently within a collegiate team. In strongly fluctuating markets, you show both discipline and flexibility.
- You have a healthy dose of self-confidence, motivation and analytical capabilities; in particular numerical. Initiative, intuition, ambition and a winning mentality are your keys to success.
- And here’s another clue: you are probably successful at poker or other games that involve risk assessment, patience and "controlled aggression".
