The CBCS has become aware of a platform operating under the name ‘Curaçao Forex’”, which appears to be promoting investment opportunities through local newspapers and other channels.

The CBCS warns that “Curaçao Forex” is neither licensed , registered, nor supervised by the CBCS. Investing with unauthorized parties may lead to loss of funds with little or no possibility of recovery.

Be cautious of:
• Promises of guaranteed or unusually high returns
• “Exclusive” or limited-time investment opportunities
• Offers that seem too good to be true
• Pressure to transfer money quickly
• Providers unable to verify their license or registration status

𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓

Vidanova Bank N.V. (hereafter: Vidanova Bank, or the Bank) delivered a stronger financial performance in 2025 compared with 2024, reflecting improved earnings capacity and disciplined cost control. Profitability increased across key metrics, despite a more competitive funding environment and a shift in the composition of non-interest income.

Net interest income rose to Cg 24.9 million in 2025 from ANG 23.5 million in 2024, supported by a solid increase in interest income to Cg 39.2 million (2024: ANG 34.4 million). This improvement reflects higher volumes of interest-earning assets and effective balance-sheet management. Interest expenses also increased to Cg 14.3 million from ANG 10.9 million in the prior year, driven by higher funding costs, yet the Bank successfully preserved its interest margin, resulting in a net interest income increase of approximately 6%.
