We handle this for you: starting by preparing the loan application/businessplan, organizing the paperwork and deal with the financial institutions, up to handling the logistics of the loan (notary deeds, insurance requirements, etc) once it has been approved by the bank. We’re not the usual consultant who provide you with just a businessplan. With 13 years experience as Commercial bankers, we know exactly what the banks need and we prepare our loan applications to meet these requirements. We discuss with our clients the feasibility of their financial requests before engaging in the loan application process. Our Business & Advisory services include business startup assistance, accounting & payroll services and intermediary services. We assist you with developing and working out business ideas into a businessplan, incorporation of the business, handling legal & fiscal formalities and requirements and applying for financial assistance at the different financial institutions. Our Accounting & payroll unit provides administrative assistance on temporary basis as well as for longer terms: for example businesses that need an accountant for just a few hours a week, are temporarily short-staffed or just need assistance with a specific project like reconciling intercompany accounts. Our accounting & payroll services include maintaining financial records, preparing (occurring) reporting, compiling financial statements, one-time projects, payroll setup and monthly payroll services and annual wage tax cards and summary wage statements. We also act as intermediaries between the entrepreneurs and their advisors, be it the auditors, tax advisors, lawyers etc. We organize your paperwork, handle requests for information and assist, guide and take action stipulated by your advisors, on your behalf.
