📚 Book Donation for the Children's Library in the Iraque Community in Mindelo, Cabo Verde 📚
Hello everyone!
I am very excited to share with you a special initiative that is close to my heart.
The Iraque community was originally created as an emergency shelter for people who found themselves in difficult living situations during the Covid-19 pandemic. People in need built several emergency shelters around which a settlement gradually developed. Today, it has several concrete houses, and a new neighborhood is gradually emerging.
This year, I am organizing a book donation campaign for the children's library in the Iraque community in Mindelo. The idea is simple: if you are planning a trip to Cabo Verde soon, why not take the opportunity to bring some extra books and donate them to the local children?
The children's library is always looking for new educational and reading materials to enrich the experience of the community's children and youth. Any type of book is welcome, from children's stories to textbooks.
How to Participate:

Gather the books you would like to donate. There is no limit to the number of books you can bring!
If you are traveling to Mindelo and have space in your luggage, you can offer a book transfer.
Contact me to arrange the delivery or for more information on how to send the books to Cabo Verde.
